The software works perfect, the only issue is that some email servers refuse to confirm if an email exists or not.

MassMailer is an outlier in that their functionality is built natively into Salesforce, the setup & usability is intuitive, and their support team is extremely attentive. I've really enjoyed the product as well as working with the MM team.
