It is a very convenient platform that is an in one employee engagement and also keeps the whole organization notified with different things like awards and recognization and also helps us give feedback to our colleagues on regular basis on how we feel about their work and how much we adore them. It makes sure we get notified on birthdays and work anniversaries which is a really good thing because we may miss out but the notifications sent really help us to keep updated. And also the reward claiming part is also really easy and convenient. I definitely recommend people to use it ,Our HR keeps coming up with new challenges and events which we get notified and also can view other colleagues actively participating which is a real motivation for us to do better and help in self-improvement and good motivation to keep doing something new other than work.

RingCentral is easy to set up, easy to administer and very reliable for our company. The flexibility of using cell phones without using your cell phone number, the features each call has, as well as being able to switch from a computer to a cell phone to a desk phone while still on the current phone call. If you have issues, they have many resources, like RingCentral University, where you can find the solutions, or you can contact customer service. Their customer service team deserves 5 stars alone, they are fast at responding and helping. From my experience, they had my situation fixed and working within 24 hours. Some confusion when setting up employees or switching them from a virtual number to a digital number, as well as what app/extension to use on the Chrome browser. This is where their customer service team shines. If you cannot find the solution at RingCentral University, contact them. They are fast, polite and will explain each step.

The thing which I dislike after the new update is the predefined template was missing and which was best and easy to select and wish the colleagues and other part is sometimes it's hard to find the user while searching if we are having 10 persons with the same name there should be one option to scroll the results but right now only 4 results max are shown

The most important thing I like about Empuls is to give awards to our colleagues, and this recognition helps to bring in motivation and encouragement. The next thing that I like is the monthly Leaderboard winners that encourage you to like, post, and recognize your colleagues. The process of providing points and options to win coupons is the best part

Pretty good experience overall, though they recently started charging per message for inbound texts. (Something other vendors do not do.) The last two app versions will not allow me to switch to a Bluetooth device if it was not connected before the call started. Unable to remove buttons for unused services like Tasks, Text. (That's fine for a single user but rolling out a product org wide and not having a way to prevent users from using certain functions is just a bit no no.)

Just old , glitchy and bad overall. Their contracts keep their retention and reinstate themselves automatically and you can't downsize your number until your contract is up and hasn't automatically renewed itself. It also doesn't always catch all your call recordings. I was told that that is just the way it is. The call tracking is not good for me either.

I am having issues with the phone picking up and not being able to connect to clients via my phone app. Phone rings and does not show who is calling nor am I able to view who is calling me. And calls that get a random tone and "mutes" so the client is talking and then when I reconnect I have to ask them to repeat themselves. Very embarrassing and unnecessary. The meetings portion works well . Please fix the call issue. This happens to everyone in my office who uses this app.
