Enadoc uses mathematical algorithms to identify the frequency of each tag or keyword within the organization's repository. The tags or keywords with the highest frequency appear larger in the tag cloud while tags with lesser frequency appear smaller. Users simply touch or click the tags to drill down the tag search into several layers until they find the documents and information that they are looking for. Other than using the tag cloud, users can search through Global Search, which uses a variety of search parameters that help locate a document

Onehub is easy is enroll in. There is also a free trial that sets up your account instantaneously. One hub offers an easy interface to upload any type of files. There is also a default Quickstart guide that provides basic instructions on how to upload and download files.

Allows tracking of documents, where you can monitor the recipient's time on each page, most searched words in the document and much more. Allows you to configure each document sent in such a way that you can self-destruct it at a certain time, so that they can not use it after reading it.
