I like to drag and drop features. I can add the projects I use the most to my favorites. much easier to reach. You can split the screen into two and access the kanban view at the same time.

The rule functionality is my favorite part about Front. It's allowed me to automatically delegate emails that are not relevant to me to the appropriate party, automatically archive senders who do not allow an unsubscribe option, and tag items like News and Receipts that are not immediately actionable and remove them from the inbox.

We use Favro mostly for the detailed time tracking software - to push out reports at the end of each working week.The best part of Favro are the powerful abilities to manage sprints and delegate work to other colleagues.the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other
Super easy to wrap my head around that system!
Cons
There should be an option to assign the card to a particular member
There is an option to add members but is not similar to assignee.It is a bit pricey if you want to use all the functionality including Salesforce integration and analyticThere are occasionally little bugs that I run into, but they honestly seem to be really good at updating and fixing those things that I do encounter.

The best feature about Front is the ability to communicate with both my internal and external teams without having to forward a bunch of emails
It has a number of very good features for helping teams work together for sales and support
The abilities to share, assign, comment on, snooze and resurface issues makes zero inbox possible
I like Front as the best shared inbox tool on the market - it has the most functions/features, was the easiest to deploy and solves all of our issues
I love that we all have access to see communication between our customers and our sales representatives

Cons
Because of the way we work, we copy and paste the text of the sent e-mail in our other systems
This delay, especially when one sends many e-mails, is particularly annoying
There are a couple niche, specific limitations that we have that we have to build workarounds for
Honestly can't think of a major pain for our use case
Sometimes I do miss dragging an email into a folder and having it pop back into my inbox when the customer responds
Front has tagging, but I have found that I still miss using folders
Plugin is a little bit confusing
Sometimes it's hard to differentiate which one is order and subscriptions due to the top down feature and no different color line."
