This has a nice integration with Windows File Explorer. When I'm not using it, I can use File Explorer normally and everything that was done with FileCenter is accessible. Being able to scan a document and insert it wherever its needed is fantastic. Append scan, insert, pre-pend are all great features. New scans with the the ability of using naming templates is even better.

The best feature is that you can click on a file and see a preview without opening the actual file. It saves tons of time when you're trying to find a file, but now you don't have to open each file you think it may be.

Fotopia improved our document management system and took our DMS to a new level. We improved our SharePoint ROI, reduced our costs, time and space for storing of documents.
