Filevine seemed to be the most advanced case management system at the time that we were shopping. The vendors were able to answer all of my questions about products, integration, adaptability, and daily use. The customer support was top-notch, and our demo was outstanding. The options are great for keeping platform users informed of changes. I really like the option of status indicators. It's perfect for keeping my users up to date on what's new. The platform is intuitive, organized, allows us to build our documentation the way we want. A lot of things are configurable and it leaves room for imagination and customization. I really like the public and private documentation option. It is very convenient for our organization.
