The variety of customizations and features that are available throughout the software that allows the system to grow with our lab and program. There is so much...you can have all of your quality documents and necessities for quality management all in one place. Users can access necessary information easily. Workflows are wonderful for tracking information. Using the Qualtrax Cloud, I can access all of my information from home as needed without having to be in the office. | Look also at how many users have to hire independent implementation consultants to make anything happen |
