Works great. I used it to verify whether or not my normal service was working correctly. If you do not have enough activity to need a monthly account, this is unquestionably the way to go. The price is real right, and the speed is excellent.

The steps were easy to follow and the process was short; except for the download time. The explanation of the tiny app was a bit confusing and being suspicious of apps I didn't use it - I should have. As soon as I realized my mistake I would have liked to have gone back and used the tiny app but couldn't. Photo outcome on recipient end is great.

Personal plans come in 5TB and 10TB forms, and Team plans are available for anywhere between five and 100 users, offering 1TB per person. Larger companies will benefit from the Business plan, offering as little as 250GB or as much as 50TB per person, with an unlimited number of users. The flexible and tailored pricing strategy does make iDrive a very reasonable proposition, although the cost does go up for those that need the business features – such as server backup. At the higher tiers, it becomes a more expensive solution than the likes of Google Drive and Dropbox, though it does offer a more comprehensive set of features to justify the higher price tag.

I am happy with the value. So long as you don't expect any wow factor in speed, customer service, and snag free customized setup, I would recommend to anyone looking for a value service. I was NOT pleased with an initial customer support interaction. The problem wasn't solved, and the agent was not helpful or efficient.

Pros With cloud storage pricing increasing, IDrive offers a great solution for those looking to switch over to their platform. They offer awesome deals for users that are first time users. Cons There are no cons that I believe would steer anyone away from an awesome solution.
