Findmyshift has been great right from the start of a long free trial period. This gave us the opportunity to really test the product. Customer service even during free trial was prompt. All the training videos and faq made the learning process easy. Since then, everything has run very smoothly. We don't use all of the features but the ones we do make a big difference.

"Sufficient tool for REST API testing" What do you like best about Katalon Studio? The interface is very intuitive and easy to pick up, with little need for assistance from the documentation until more complex testing. Test reports provided at the end of each test run are helpful and easy to access. The TestOps dashboard is a great resource for monitoring test execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Katalon Studio? I struggled with implementing the data source feature into my tests without deeply consulting the documentation. Additionally, I experienced a couple of instances where the tool crashed amidst trying to edit multiple tests quickly. These crashes caused me to lose some trust in the tool. Fortunately, due to Katalon Studio's intuitive setup, I don't need scripting knowledge or experience to create and maintain functional API tests. Additionally, having the scripting functionality available encourages me to advocate the tool with others on our team who do have that scripting knowledge and prefer to write tests that way.
