Sir Richard BransonOnce I learned the basics of using it, the software is easy. I just have to figure out the logistics of the cumbersome properties I mentioned above, and I'm not sure how to do that. But from the standpoint of creating a schedule at the click of a button, it's been a great help!

Our overall experience with eM Client is very positive. I would be happy to recommend it to any one looking for a good, reliable, traditional email client that is cheaper than Outlook. In fact, I like it better than Outlook anyway and though we now have Office 365 inc Outlook I have no intention of moving from eM Client.

For Windows and macOS, there is a desktop email client called eM Client. The system contains tools for managing calendars, tasks, events, contacts, and notes in addition to managing emails. It also incorporates chat. Due to automatic setup and data import from all popular email apps, the software supports all major email services, including Gmail, Exchange, iCloud, and Outlook365, and deployment can be completed rapidly (including Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, Incredimail and more). A multipurpose sidebar is offered by the eM Client and contains a daily schedule, a contact's conversation and attachment history, tasks, and chat. The system also has a snooze email feature that allows you to delay some emails and only have them return to your inbox after a specified period of time. PGP and S/MIME are more email encryption options. Additionally, the software offers discussions, threads, signatures, templates, QuickText, and email rules (local and synchronized). Additionally accessible are integrated spell checking and automated message translation.
I like that I can add request off for agents and change it each month. I like that it auto saves what I am doing. I like that when I have added special requests in and I go to make a change, it reminds me that the agent has asked for that off but will also still let me override that and still put them in. I like that I can print the reports and have it in front of me while I make changes to the schedule. Easy to pdf and save copies in my computer.

When I change a shift to Available that the system sent out an automatic email to everyone letting them know or show in red on the agent/participant's view.

I've been using it for years because no other email client works as well, at least for what I need. I don't want to have my email stored on the external servers, I want local copies (leaving them on the server as well for remote access) and that means a local client on my desktop computer. I combine it with MailWasherPro and together my email experience is painless.

The reliability is awful, but the customer service... wow. If they were any quieter over there, we'd have to be in the vacuum of space. If I could buy this company, fire every employee and finish their system I would. I suspect they have very little development capability, or they are outsourcing all of this and that explains why getting fixes done is impossible at best.

It's super-easy to setup, works well and has a clean interface. The developers keep it updated. It does all the simple things we need an email and calender/scheduling client to do.
