Once I learned the basics of using it, the software is easy. I just have to figure out the logistics of the cumbersome properties I mentioned above, and I'm not sure how to do that. But from the standpoint of creating a schedule at the click of a button, it's been a great help!

We should have done better homework prior to shifting to Pipedrive - to try and integrate our TOFU tools/tech we moved to Pipedrive's chatbot. This thing destroyed our page loaded speed and unfortunately we didn't realize it for about 6 weeks. It resulted in about 1/6th of the number of leads via the chat (which was a huge source for us). I had two customer service issues with them as well. I've spent over 30 hours dealing with them on two very basic issues and they're still not resolved yet (we don't expect them to be before we move either) Our company is extremely regretful we made the move over and based on the trust lost through this process we've decided it makes more sense to move to a more reputable platform. It has cost so much time, frustration, and money.

I like that I can add request off for agents and change it each month. I like that it auto saves what I am doing. I like that when I have added special requests in and I go to make a change, it reminds me that the agent has asked for that off but will also still let me override that and still put them in. I like that I can print the reports and have it in front of me while I make changes to the schedule. Easy to pdf and save copies in my computer.

When I change a shift to Available that the system sent out an automatic email to everyone letting them know or show in red on the agent/participant's view.

When it comes to being able to track leads and do simple follow up automations pipe drive is probably the cleanest interface outside of HubSpot and the most powerful for its money and for any beginner to even advance and everything in between the software gets the job done to track leads

Pros
Being able to enter the parameters into the software for each agent's schedule, and have the software create the schedule was the reason I reached out to my Corporate office for help
We've been able to save man hours every month on what is sometimes a complicated schedule, which more than pays for using the program
FloorSchedule does a better job at distributing shifts evenly than an individual does
I have found this software to be very use friendly."

I also find it strange that when I go to print the calendar pdf, that there is no actual "print" button and that I have to right click to open my printers
I solve the problem of unfairness and also scheduling on days people aren't available
The option buttons should be larger
Also, I find it difficult to work in a backwards way of thinking: 'What shifts can't people do
With multiple locations, the calendar orders the shifts in an odd way
However, it gets the job done."

I highly recommend the Pipe drive to anyone who wants to automate bureaucratic steps in the sales process and effectively improve results and relationships with their customers
This is super helpful when looking for clients to follow up with in a single glance

I like the way you can easily customize pipelines for various sales campaigns, and the new caller app is very useful

Functionality was terrible, I don't know if we misunderstood and they aren't actually a CRM system but what the product offered cannot be called a CRM
The inability to move among contacts in the same list without returning to the main list page is a waste of time
The online app is basically useless
Difficult to understand when using for the first time
Repetitive data entry can get boring
The only thing that is kinda confusing especially to non-technical person is on integrating with third-party tools
Most of it needs to be connected with Zapier which is again another subscription."
