Once I learned the basics of using it, the software is easy. I just have to figure out the logistics of the cumbersome properties I mentioned above, and I'm not sure how to do that. But from the standpoint of creating a schedule at the click of a button, it's been a great help!

Plutio is an All in One Client Portal Game Changer What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio includes all of the traditional features of a client portal like tasks, kaban boards, time tracking, milestone etc, and take a giant leap over the competition offering Invoicing, Subscription Management, Internal Chat, with the ability to White Label the portal and domain. So far the only pain point has been with integrations with companies for Intercom and ability to editing a subscription without having to have a client re-fill out CC info. I like that I can add request off for agents and change it each month. I like that it auto saves what I am doing. I like that when I have added special requests in and I go to make a change, it reminds me that the agent has asked for that off but will also still let me override that and still put them in. I like that I can print the reports and have it in front of me while I make changes to the schedule. Easy to pdf and save copies in my computer.

When I change a shift to Available that the system sent out an automatic email to everyone letting them know or show in red on the agent/participant's view.

"Great Project Management Focused CRM" What do you like best about Plutio? The client billing features on this tool are amazing. I can create custom proposals, contracts, and invoices from within the program. From there I can send them to clients where they can e sign and accept the terms and even pay their bill directly. "Plutio to track your projects" What do you like best about Plutio? Plutio is an easy platform to use. It's available via their portal using a web browser or desktop app. You can easily switch from different client accounts with fully customizable tabs. There are many features I've yet to unlock. "The perfect project management tool for agencies" What do you like best about Plutio? Simply log into your portal and you have all the detiails about your project in one place. Plutio makes it easy to stay organized and on track with your service-based product. There are a lot of new features coming. Pros
Being able to enter the parameters into the software for each agent's schedule, and have the software create the schedule was the reason I reached out to my Corporate office for help
We've been able to save man hours every month on what is sometimes a complicated schedule, which more than pays for using the program
FloorSchedule does a better job at distributing shifts evenly than an individual does
I have found this software to be very use friendly."
Cons
I also find it strange that when I go to print the calendar pdf, that there is no actual "print" button and that I have to right click to open my printers
I solve the problem of unfairness and also scheduling on days people aren't available
The option buttons should be larger
Also, I find it difficult to work in a backwards way of thinking: 'What shifts can't people do
With multiple locations, the calendar orders the shifts in an odd way
However, it gets the job done."

I like that you can do pretty much everything with it in terms of tracking time, project management, inviting clients to collab, and managing your calendar
Having used more advanced and powerful software such as clickup, I can see the value in providing a more simple portal for clients and collaborators
Look and feel are fairly nice
Visually, Plutio is pretty great.
Cons
UX issues are never addressed
Bugs last for years
A little expensive compared to other tools in the market with very similar and more developed features.
