Once I learned the basics of using it, the software is easy. I just have to figure out the logistics of the cumbersome properties I mentioned above, and I'm not sure how to do that. But from the standpoint of creating a schedule at the click of a button, it's been a great help!

I like that I can add request off for agents and change it each month. I like that it auto saves what I am doing. I like that when I have added special requests in and I go to make a change, it reminds me that the agent has asked for that off but will also still let me override that and still put them in. I like that I can print the reports and have it in front of me while I make changes to the schedule. Easy to pdf and save copies in my computer.

When I change a shift to Available that the system sent out an automatic email to everyone letting them know or show in red on the agent/participant's view.

Zola Suite reviews

Zola has several great features, but without hesitation, the Document Automation feature is absolutely my favorite feature! Whether we are drafting one document or an entire 50-page form packet, this feature saves us a significant amount of time! A close second is the CRM feature - it is wonderful to be able to track referrals, assess percentage of retention, etc. I also like that calendars can be shared among users, emails can be linked to matters, billing is easy to review within the program, and customization of the matter-specific fields, depending on the practice area.

The fact that it is cloud based means not having issues with our server. It has been very robust so far and exceedingly use to use. Still learning some of its functionality but thus far it has been pleasantly easy and worthy of recommendation.

I like that it has calendar, contacts, matters, documents, tasks, time/expense billing, email, CRM, & an 'at a glance' dashboard - many things we need, all in one program. The document assembly is quite simple/user-friendly, & the fields can be adjusted to suit your business's needs. There are various search options to help you locate files or documents or track things. It has some features that help remind you to bill for work done, & help track the amount of time you spent on that task. There are many short YouTube videos that explain how to use various features or accomplish various tasks. I like that emails have an option to save to the file.

Pros
Being able to enter the parameters into the software for each agent's schedule, and have the software create the schedule was the reason I reached out to my Corporate office for help
We've been able to save man hours every month on what is sometimes a complicated schedule, which more than pays for using the program
FloorSchedule does a better job at distributing shifts evenly than an individual does
I have found this software to be very use friendly."
Cons
I also find it strange that when I go to print the calendar pdf, that there is no actual "print" button and that I have to right click to open my printers
I solve the problem of unfairness and also scheduling on days people aren't available
The option buttons should be larger
Also, I find it difficult to work in a backwards way of thinking: 'What shifts can't people do
With multiple locations, the calendar orders the shifts in an odd way
However, it gets the job done."

I also love the support Zola provides with real humans who are knowledgable about the product

Zola Suite allows me to manage both the clients side and the business side of my practice with ease

Since the company is unable to correct the problem, I must move on to the different product
In short, the software has damaged my practice because it cannot be trusted and because it is not the product we were sold
Zola does integrate with Law Pay which has that feature, but the process gets clunky
There is very little that we dislike about Zola Suite
Anything that we have concerns about, they try to address and show us a proper way to manage."
