CRM could be more funnel friendly to the sales process. While FP has the fundamental features, the process is more manual than other systems reviewed. Creating estimates could be streamlined.

I like that it has a main page where you can see all upcoming tasks at a snapshot
You really are able to cater the capabilities according to what works best for you work flow which I really like
It's so much easier to use than jira and asana
It works great for small teams
I consider myself fairly tech savvy so that says a lot about the platform
I'm so glad we since moved to a different program
Flow's been useful for projects I managed with a team, it kept us organized and on track."

Cons
Trello had become unwieldy (due dates were getting missed, I was spending more time organising than working, notification overload etc.) and I've used Asana + Jira before and they're awful
I can't think of anything I don't like
It's a little weird that there are two phone apps (one for chat and one for tasks)
I find it absurd that the person cannot request to have their information deleted
This may also be the case with other softwares, in which case, that is also unacceptable to me
The features, especially for tracking time are too limited and the phone app is horrible
This is not robust for handling complex project management with a team and third party contractors."

The up to date time tracking and reporting has been fantastic for us and given us a true pulse on the business, as we track and communicate project progress with our clients and team
Onboarding and setup was great and so nice that we had a dedicated person to answer all questions that pop up
I loved that we drove the screen during implementation- great training technique
I love that it can adapt to how I like to use it
Having worked with other applications over the years, it incorporates the things I liked about those and improves on what I didn't like
I think that Function Point covers a wide breadth of project management tasks
I like that the timesheets are in the same place as projects, it makes it really easy to label tasks throughout the day."

Cons
That you can't create an estimate and then assign it to a job
The process is very linear and can be very frustrating
There are small issues that can get frustrating
I can't delete a time in my timesheet when I entered the wrong job number
Do not have the option to change info from a previous week when I realize that I made a mistake, on the job service
The user interface/dashboard could use some upgrading
Also, the amount of clicks that it takes to find what you're looking for can sometimes be frustrating."
