Flowdock is being used by a specific team inside an IT department of Universidade de São Paulo. We use this software for team collaboration, specifics communications and quick file sharing. To avoid a lot of calls and flooding e-mail boxes during the day, a centralized platform divided in differents channels can be very helpful. We could easily improve team communication working in several projects by using channels functionality to separate subjects, to share files and contents of interest and to keep tracking our development and activities. When we need some past information you can just go to the software and search for this. Keeping a track (history) of our activity is really important for us.

Using Aircall in the last year also gave me the chance to become familiar with your subscription plans and billing models and I find them reasonable, flexible and fair to both parties, in every sense. Works ok, but the UX is not as good as the competition. And, I bet CA devs don't use it themselves. If they did, more multi year old bugs would get fixed. Like new, ghost notifications for messages you read last week on the desktop client. Or multiple notifications for the same message. Or how about the one where you try to post and it says it can't, then you restart the app to find that it really did post, several times - that one's my favorite.

We have been using this app on Android and love the experience and how seamlessly it works. Performance on this app from Search to everything is great. There are few areas of improvement like notifications and an improved search for 1-1s, but overall I highly recommend this to anyone using Flowdock on web.

Aircall is a sound, user-friendly choice for companies that integrate calling features for employees in customer facing roles. The UI is sleek and easy to navigate, there aren't too many settings which is good as it's not overwhelming. There can at times be a lag or latency problems when a customer is calling in, or when you are calling out, especially when the CRM Hubspot. But otherwise I have not had any real problems that would leave a poor score.

It keeps missing calls when I'm already set as available. Sometimes it works, oftentimes it doesn't. Very frustrating because I had to call back several times within seconds after I'm notified that the app missed a call that DIDN'T RING. Android user here and I've just read a lot of reviews. Smh please fix this or you'll losing business pretty quick.

Poor call quality, and inexcusable lack of basic functionality. No picture texts? That capability has been around for 15+ years. Notifications are hit and miss. I don't receive a lot of my calls. Terrible experience. I can't believe you have a 2.5 star review overall.
