Implementing Karbon allows me to move away from using my email inbox as my "To Do" list. That transition can be a challenge and is a result of user habits instead of software limitations. When the Triage (Inbox) fills up, it can be daunting to clear out the Triage. Having some ability to sort the Triage items by email sender would help in clearing out an overflowing Triage.Jeffrey D. One of the biggest missing features is the ability to set a custom notification tone. I'm not going to look at my phone *everytime* I hear a notification sound. The Freshdesk app has this feature yet in Freshchat, where it's arguably more important to set a distinct notification sound, it's completely absent. I really hope this is coming extremely soon. I'm tired of looking for ways to override this. Not having this feature is vexing. EDIT: In response to Freshworks Reply. I noticed this awhile back. I am still disappointed I cannot assign my own custom sound.

2 Things that are really needed: 1) the ability for the agent to go offline if they are busy! 2) to get a notification sound each time the customer replies. Currently you only get one notification when the chat first gets initiated. For all the subsequent ones, you have to constantly keep an eye on the chat to see if there are new replies. Incredibly annoying!

It need startup faster (remove startup animation example), when a customer start to chat, you need reply immediately before they left your website. And it don't push notification when i have new message in chat. Ux is not good enough.

The biggest downside I have found is when updating a template the templates should automatically be updated when a new version is created as if a job is on annual renewal if the previous job has not been reset the new one created is based on the last one made instead of the new updated template. I would like the option for when editing the template if there was an option for updating all existing or to update all future job creations that would be the biggest improvement.

Being able to create work, create tasks under the work, and assign to staff. Everyone that's assigned to the work can track the status of the work and reassign when needed to manage people's workload. We can also create budget time for the work/task/assignment and log actual time to better manage team capacity and expectations. I also like the comment features where we can tag a certain team member and comment on a task, note, and email message. It is a great tool to eliminate additional email messages as well as keep the communications in one place.

The thing I like best about Karbon is the capabilities that go beyond just an email platform like Outlook - the ability to create "works" for a whole team to track their time against, with organizational capabilities that allow you to manage your work day, week, month, which comes in handy when trying to plan for the future as well as grow your company. I like the ability to consolidate all of your teammates's emails with a contact so you can also get caught up on the email threads without having to bother teammates to get the TLDR, which could also get misconstrued through the game of "telephone".
