Easy to apply pre-set filters to incoming emails and prioritize.Easy to follow the email thread and to see earlier conversation with the person. Teamdeck is a resource scheduling & time tracking tool for teams that want to plan and measure their work effectively. Resource management tools tend to be insightful only for the managers. Teamdeck, on the other hand, is a truly employee-friendly tool. Not only can the regular employees track their time but they are also able to manage their availability directly from the app. On top of that, their dashboard provides them with valuable information about their work patterns. Resource scheduling: Teamdeck’s resource scheduling gives you visibility into the available resources in the calendar view, you can also edit the bookings right there. People can enter their exact availability, making teamdeck a very comfortable option for remote or part-time employees in your company (and their managers). Time tracking: Employees can use one-click time tracking to record the time spent on each project. The time entries are automatically translated to timesheets which show accurate records concerning billable hours. Of course, the entries can be entered or edited later on (if someone forgot to switch the tracker on). Why? Some tools allow you to type the time entries manually (usually Project Managers are the ones who do it for their team members), unfortunately, they end up being guesstimates rather than legitimate data. Since many of our users charge their clients based on the number of hours they spent on a project, it is crucial for the timesheets to be as accurate as possible.
