Fuze vs Bonus.ly

"It works really good and with a friendly front end" What do you like best about Fuze? I use fuze every day at work, I chat with my colleagues, call them and video them all the time. Always work great! My favorite tool is the search option where you can see something said before and be able to sort it out with the work and the person or group you got the message from, it is almost impossible to forget something, if you know the key word, how said it, it's going to pop up! The friendly front end it's amazing you can set a profile, check your audio and mic! I highly recommend this app!

"Can be great, but definitely has its issues..." What do you like best about Fuze? I like that the program generates a simple link when creating a meeting invitation, along with a call-in number if you don't plan to join via computer. I like that you can change the screen view to different tiles, determine which images are larger, etc.

Many things, the ability to be able to monitor call queues within the program directly as well as the ability to see all active/inactive users at one time. It creates a very transparent environment for when you're working in a busy call centre. Also from a managers point of view, being able to easily screen calls from the software in realtime for auditing purposes is a must. Helps with all our KPI needs. Since we've moved to a remote-first work environment, it's turned our monthly recognition meetings into a place where we give each other kudos almost daily. Our company has several different departments, so it's easy to engage with each team and give "props" to folks we wouldn't normally interact with. I love the integration of bonusly with Slack, that makes it really easy to send points. I also love how you can include gifs in the messages. Those always make me smile, whether I am giving them or receiving them. The options for spending your points are amazing, they have giftcards to places that I actually shop at. This is just a nice added bonus to the work that I do at my job.
