Fantastic collaboration and communication features What do you like best about Fuze? It has a whiteboard feature which is very helpful during my meeting demonstrations and collaborations. It suits the number of indiviudals who join meetings in my organisation since it can handle 1,000 participants in meetings. It has a seamless integration with popular cloud storage solutions like Dropbox and Box and I usually use the feature because of easy it is to use and how secure my files have always been in DropBox to share files.

"It works really good and with a friendly front end" What do you like best about Fuze? I use fuze every day at work, I chat with my colleagues, call them and video them all the time. Always work great! My favorite tool is the search option where you can see something said before and be able to sort it out with the work and the person or group you got the message from, it is almost impossible to forget something, if you know the key word, how said it, it's going to pop up! The friendly front end it's amazing you can set a profile, check your audio and mic! I highly recommend this app!

"Can be great, but definitely has its issues..." What do you like best about Fuze? I like that the program generates a simple link when creating a meeting invitation, along with a call-in number if you don't plan to join via computer. I like that you can change the screen view to different tiles, determine which images are larger, etc.

Many things, the ability to be able to monitor call queues within the program directly as well as the ability to see all active/inactive users at one time. It creates a very transparent environment for when you're working in a busy call centre. Also from a managers point of view, being able to easily screen calls from the software in realtime for auditing purposes is a must. Helps with all our KPI needs. Replies text cannot be selected, only copied to the buffer, which means you can't use Google translate right in the app itself. I'm not interested in switching between two apps all the time!! There's no option to rate limit notifications: some customers with ADHD make my blood boil by sending messages every 15 seconds. Overall notifications setup is horrible. Either you get swamped with all of them, or not receive any. Also the app crashes every60min. App data is growing like crazy.No fixes ever

For some reason, they have stopped updating the official App for Android for over a month now. It sort of works, but it is also riddled with bugs and painful to use. The official version has stopped being updated in favor of the Beta branch, which is somehow even worse than the official version. It crashes 8/10 times when you try to open a chat, it's missing various crucial functions that the app is absolutely unusable without.

I think there are some bugs in the app because I don't get notifications for messages or when someone is on my site. Please fix ASAP thank you.
