"It works really good and with a friendly front end" What do you like best about Fuze? I use fuze every day at work, I chat with my colleagues, call them and video them all the time. Always work great! My favorite tool is the search option where you can see something said before and be able to sort it out with the work and the person or group you got the message from, it is almost impossible to forget something, if you know the key word, how said it, it's going to pop up! The friendly front end it's amazing you can set a profile, check your audio and mic! I highly recommend this app!

"Can be great, but definitely has its issues..." What do you like best about Fuze? I like that the program generates a simple link when creating a meeting invitation, along with a call-in number if you don't plan to join via computer. I like that you can change the screen view to different tiles, determine which images are larger, etc.

Many things, the ability to be able to monitor call queues within the program directly as well as the ability to see all active/inactive users at one time. It creates a very transparent environment for when you're working in a busy call centre. Also from a managers point of view, being able to easily screen calls from the software in realtime for auditing purposes is a must. Helps with all our KPI needs. Spike makes inbox zero nearly effortless, with easy mass archive and trash and built-in unsubscribe and blocking. Organizing by conversation participants and presenting the thread like a chat conversation fixes the problem I've had with virtually every other email client where you can't tell which direction the conversation is going or where the newest message is. It just makes sense.

My favorite part is that I don't spend half my day cleaning up my inbox and Imreally love the display contact feature that not only lets you see name and photo of sender but all previous emails in the side panel too! I've been trying out others but Spike leave the rest behind

Fuze integrated nicely with Salesforce allowing call activity to be easily logged into SFDC
Fuze call reporting provided valuable insight into call activity and the history of individuals
The Fuze softphone UI was clear and simple

Cons
We left Fuze because they could not integrate with MS Teams as a direct routing partner
Overall the monthly cost for the licenses and variable per minute dialing costs were too high
IT administration was a bit confusing because of all the Admin consoles used for different administration tasks.

Spike

Pros
I really like the clear and clean interface, I love simple and non-confusing things
It has everything it takes to get into the toolbox of marketing.The way Spike sorts emails is genius
It turned my inbox into a chat-like experience, where emails are grouped by people and not threads/topics - so it actually feels like I'm using a IM and not an outdated email client.the ability to have it setup on multiple devices so you have access to the information when you need it
Being able to "PIN" items for quicker access
also the ability of finding any attachment based on a specific contact.

Cons
Some of the more advanced features still need some work
I'd love to see tagging in notes (so collaboration would be smoother), or the option to add a call link into an invite directly (like in Google Calendar).having the ability to use the "REPLY ALL" being more accessible and not have to hunt for it.Wish there was a way to click on a calendar date in an email and have it added to the Spike Calendar
Smart email folders might also be useful for Spike.
