In the actual delivery there was actually no real content or working items
Additionally, there are a ton of meaningless data entries now gumming up the running history in my CRM so that it's near impossible for me to find my last meeting notes
The user experience is horrendous
Once you know where things are, what icons mean, and get inside the head of the people who built it, you can get around with relative ease
Then you pay for something but there are several things that are not told, you are requested to pay other fees that nobody told at the beginning
My feeling is I waste lot of time, effort and money."
