Geekbot allows for us to have more regular check-ins and stand-up meetings with employees on a remote team. Being on a remote team is quite lonely at times and having Geekbot be a non-committal daily check-in really helps us stay on the same page with our team. The other reports are interesting and I'm excited to collect more datapoints over-time to get a nice gauge on how the team is feeling as a whole.

Easy to use and learn. Great way for employees to use the system on any computer, plus allows for mobile punches. Mobile is a nice feature when employees are not working in the office. The geo-location is nice to make sure they are at the correct location when clocking time. The reports are good and easy to use

I dislike that I can not add questions unless I create or generate it in the actual bot when I am writing in my answers to the Geekbot questionaire at the end of the day.

Can review OT, hours spent on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Can look at the whole team or an individual employee. We can adjust any of the areas that will benefit us when discussed with a Synerion team member.

It has been very time consuming to use. Admin still has to go through each day for each employee every month to check if the system has recorded time off properly into the accrual system. Synerion also promotes "webinar training" on their website but there is nothing offered.
