BenchmarkONE enables me to save the maximum amount of time during prospecting. Through BenchmarkONE we've been able to spend our precious time going after authentic leads instead of chasing ghosts. It does a beautiful job by assisting in the automation of email prospecting. Targeted phone calls can be made following up on emails. So, a targeted approach can be used for reaching out to the clients.

I like the ability to edit web content and manage email marketing campaigns all in one interface
I also like how easy the interface is to navigate and how fast their support gets back to you with answer
You can create email templates and then organize them into groups and automate them in a campaig.
Cons
 Weak lead nurturing simplistic lead scoring Ugly terminology, e.g email blast
 The automated campaign builder is a little bit confusing in some of the details and could be a little more user-friendly
A few designs are insufficient and miss the mark with regards to fulfilling needs, for example, the formation of messages to send hugely.
