I really love this app. The functionality is probably the best I’ve used. The word prediction is great and it’s very helpful to have both spelling and grammar correction. Functionality requests: Working in portrait mode only is a nuisance for users (like my 8 yr old dyslexic student) who use a wireless keyboard case to make the iPad function like a laptop. Also, there are several instances when limiting the word prediction options to 8 words is simply not enough.

Ghotit Real Writer is a text editor for people with dyslexia and dysgraphia that is more geared toward senior users than other apps on our list. I don't suggest it for new authors due to its difficulty. Nevertheless, it has a lot of helpful functions that are crammed into a user-friendly design, such text correction and word prediction. These features, notably the word prediction tool, are quite useful for older kids and adults. The software also has dictionaries for the English spoken in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Unfortunately, without an Internet connection, the program loses a lot of its functionality. Download Ghotit Real Writer from its website or the Apple App Store for iPads if you wish to give it a try. For the purpose of assisting dyslexics and/or dysgraphics in becoming independent in their writing and reading, Ghotit Software and Apps were created. We put people with dyslexia and dysgraphia at the center and assist them in overcoming their difficulties with reading and writing.

A pale imitation of the MacOS version The basis of Inspiration goes back to the 80’s. This organization has come nowhere remotely close to what this app WAS much less should be. Features that were common before this company acquired this application were: Being able to arrange items in layers. (move to back) Grouping and Ungrouping Features needed: a way to create vector shapes bring in vector art The “clip art” in the galleries is also right out of the 80’s There has been no upgrade in the last 5 months This app had the greatest promise of being the standard for mind mapping and they have really dropped the ball.

Inspiration Maps VPP reviews
The only thing I wish it had would be some way to group the many maps that I’ve made into folders! There are numerous different categories of maps one can make to illustrate interconnected thoughts and relationships through this app. I would recommend any student and teachers alike to utilize this as a visual learning tool to freely connect the flow of ideas associated with leaning. An absolutely fantastic app for visual learners, brainstorming, and academics.

Excellent app. Needs just one good thing... I love this app. It is simple to use and has a ton of features that make this appropriate for all types of users. The one thing I wish you could do is modify your lines. The automatic lines are good for small projects but as the project the lines start to like like spaghetti. I'd love to be able to customize them. Otherwise I'm super stoked about this app.
