For lead generation, Gmass is the best alternative email marketing platform. We can easily mass merge emails and schedule email campaigns with Gmass to generate interested customer inquiries. If we send emails to our clients using Gmail software, we can send one email at a time, and if we send multiple email recipients to email CC, it shows all customers how many email subscriber emails were sent. It is not a professional approach. So, with Gmass, we can easily send bulk emails while dynamically hiding client information from unknown users.

"Does the Job but a long way to go" What do you like best about Leadsquared Marketing Automation? It is a comprehensive tool. This is the first CRM tool I had used and it gave a lot of features that helped me manage my lead data. Easy to add and export leads. I can link this to my phone and track activity as well. It can add the feature of integrating email to leadsquared which would make the job easier for sales reps. Tasks can be arranged and simplified with a better view. The documentation is really good so set up is just a matter of carefully following what they tell you to do
It has all the key features I wanted: tracking of open and clicks and auto-follows ups
This program is awesome
I really like this program because one of the things that is important for a sales person is follow-up
Fortunately, the GMass extension was recommended through a contact and is an excellent solution to process and manage mass emails for marketing projects to my contact list."

Cons
I only regret not knowing about this sooner
I think most businesses and nonprofits can use Gmass instead of paying for expensive newsletter services
There is no immediately available customer support or a number you can call when things go wrong or you're having tech issues
It was odd and not informed that GMass would move some replies to my mail mergers into a subfolder and not my main inbox
I lost these emails for at least a few hours."

LeadSquared is doing a great job in providing a detailed dashboard of all the campaigns and these dashboards are very informative and easy to understand

click rate
etc
LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it
LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well

Cons
LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it
Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this
LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.
