This replacement for Hangout and Allo is sub par at best. I can't manually delete messages like I can with any other app. I also have to manually open each image one at a time to both send and view instead of selecting multiple to upload or swiping between images that were sent. This feels like a junior ancillary project from Google instead of a well fleshed out and developed app. It's predecessors we're superior. That being said, I do like the ability to multi emoji react to a message.

Nice update for Google Hangouts which is going away at any time. Hangout's used to be nearly an all in one for communication, but Google stripped a lot of the functionality for no particular other than they were introducing other apps that ended up dying on the vine. This is the replacement. Fairly basic, functional and the UI is slightly better than Hangout's. I hope Google continues to work with it instead of letting it go after 6-12 months. Right now I like it.

Again, updates have fixed nothing about this terrible app. Stay away from this if you have any other alternatives. Very buggy and dropped notifications. Unable to go direct video call in app, requires a separate app. Too much friction. Unable to open URLs in a separate browser, links open up in the app, which is a dumb idea.

Interesting concept, but missed the mark, uploaded couple years worth of chat with videos, pictures, voice... took an hour or 2 to complete only to be told that the pictures videos and voice I would have to add manually, which defeats the purpose of the app. Hopefully they figure it out in the future, but right now unless you're doing a short chat and easily can upload the videos and voice..not worth the time .

This product is top quality - a beautiful book has been received. The communication from the team was excellent also - very prompt replies to all questions. App was easy to use and this gorgeous book documents our love story. Would unhesitatingly recommend.

In all honesty, I found this all a bit average. The app only allows you to do so much and it really needs to be done on a desktop. You have no freedom in making the text bigger or moving the whatsapp message around to space it out - so instead everything was squeezed onto 28 pages and then i had 16 pages or so of blankness. When the book arrived in the post it had been stuffed into the packaging as the front cover and the first 5 or so pages was bent over. It is what it is, but far from impressed and won't use again. On a side note, I wasn't even going to write a review but Zapptales emailed me asking for one...there you go.
