Great, but there are better options What do you like best about GoTo Meeting? GoTo Meeting is straightforward, and you'll have no hassle using it for calls and meetings. As with any video conferencing software, you can schedule your appointments in advance and allow the invitees to make other plans around the meeting schedule. While meetings tend to be one-time, GoTo Meeting historically has allowed you to have rooms that don't disappear after the initial meeting. These meeting rooms can be joined using your ID and last for long-term discussions, which is favorable in work environments. GoTo Meeting is open and easily accessible for anyone to partake in conferences. You can use computers, tablets, and smartphones to join meetings once you have the invitation link. If you don't have access to the application, each room has a unique access code and number that you can dial to join the meeting from your landline and mobile phone. As a workspace, I can't recommend GoTo Meeting highly enough. With essential tools such as screen sharing and presentations, GoTo Meeting holds the key to business discussions, collaborations, virtual classes, and online seminars. Its low price for implementing and setting it up is a significant advantage over Zoom, Skype, etc. I can't personally speak for large-scale companies. Still, my team of 27 has an easier time communicating via GoTo Meeting when we host conferences with clients for broader discussions and our private collaboration sessions. GoTo Meeting is user-friendly and very elegant to use, all-in-all.

Avoma is a Game Changer! What do you like best about Avoma? We've recorded our meetings in Zoom for a while now. We saved the recordings to review later but would have to listen to the entire call or note the time something was said so we could share with a colleague or client later. With Avoma, every recorded call is automatically and translated with AI. Speakers are identified. Keywords, that are important to us, are tracked. Transcriptions are searchable. We can create short snippets of recordings to share with team members or clients - no more listening to entire recordings!!

"GoToMeeting is great for VOIP but not my favorite for video conferencing" What do you like best about GoTo Meeting? The VOIP functionality is fantastic, I love that I'm able to answer my work phone from my cell phone, anywhere. I'm also able to check voicemails when I'm out of the office without having to call a number or anything complex. The app is a great tool.

While traditionally video conferencing applications require you to enlist the details for your meeting, you can skip the entire procedure by creating a recurring meeting room, which you can recycle for discussions and host as many conferences after the first one. Reusable meeting rooms maintain your chat messages and shared data, leaving the flow of discussions intact for references. The conferencing quality on GoTo Meeting is nothing short is stellar on any device. You can collaborate on your work with other participants regardless of the device they're on during your video conferences. GoTo Meeting strives to be a seamless platform for collaboration through screen sharing. You can screen share any part of your computer or phone, including specific windows and the whole screen. GoTo Meeting allows you to give keyboard and mouse control to one specific user in the conference during screen sharing. This feature is very helpful during customer service conferences where we can assist them in specific tasks where a verbal explanation is inadequate. "Excellent video call recording software" What do you like best about Avoma? It's just really easy to find the important points of a long meeting. Notes you make during the meeting are time-stamped so you can find the moment a particular note was taken. "Like a superstar athlete, you need to review your game film" What do you like best about Avoma? I love using Avoma. It is amazing being able to go back and watch my calls again to make sure I catch everything a customer is saying. It also helps me to review what I said (I use the phrase "you know" WAY more than I ever thought I did. It has also been helpful taking over accounts for previous reps so I can see the previous conversation that way I do not go into a call blind. I also like how I can take the call to my manager for coaching support, feedback, and ask them what they would have done differently.
