Customer service was excellent until the last fiasco. We have one technical issue outstanding regarding something to do with the DNS but getting flagged as spam just led [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] to say, get in touch with your provider and then we can restart the campaigns with that new email address. I deleted all campaigns and paused sending to be on the safe side.

Overall, I've gotten 50 more leads in the 3 months I've used Growbots than previously with other products. I had a stellar onboarding and got a lot of great advice and I find the tool very easy to use.

Easy to standup, deploy, and use. Unlike other tools, you have the ability to generate new fresh prospects as needed, a functionality that is usually reserved for more expensive tools. Setting up templates and creating sequences is easy and fast, and navigating to what you need is easy with the built in filters. Perfect tool for growing small to medium businesses, and it's value priced.

Verint WFM Pro has provided my contact center with accuracy, time savings, increased communication and the ability to leverage headcount where we havent been able to in the past. The only item that always comes to mind (which isn't precisely a bad issue) is how in-depth you could go with using Verint WFM. "Verint WFM For the Win" What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management? I have been an active user of Verint WFM since it was Blue Pumpkin years ago. I love the ease of use of the system. The way you can customize the campaigns to meet the needs of the business. What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management? It's minor - But I dislike the new scheduling view since the move away from Java. It provides us birdseye as well as in-depth views to our staffing, SL projections, and agent performance.

The quality of the prospects at the SMB level are surprisingly good
Lastly, we even had a custom request that was needed and they were able to complete that in a short period of time

I specifically asked during set up if I should use a g-suite account and was told no need
Sometimes, when your search criteria are way too wide, the system finds it hard to bring out massive numbers of leads, which is logical and can't be considered a serious disadvantage to the system
A missing feature is when you transfer a contact to a new campaign you aren't told which campaign it initially came from."
