You can do the following by using the Guesty app: Send and receive messages with your visitors using our unified inbox. Monitor bookings coming in from any possible source using our centralized Multi-Calendar. You can make changes to your reservations and view a list of all upcoming check-ins, check-outs, and other events. Give all of your workers access to the app so that they can view their to-do lists, which will allow you to manage the tasks your team is working on and monitor their progress. You can choose to receive push alerts for anything that you don't want to lose track of, such as new messages, bookings, and more! Highly Customisable Communications Platform which is easy to use What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? The most important part of implementing a communication platform in an organization is its ease of use and rocket. chat does it so well while being fully customisable. The use cases become endless, from communication within an organization to communication within two different organizations, making sure at the same time that it's simple to use. Rocket.chat in itself has nothing that we disliked, apart from a few bugs, which I hope will be fixed in upcoming iterations, and inconsistency in notifications received on mobile phones. All in all: pretty terrible. Notifications delayed. Tapping notifications doesn't open them. App signs out, sometimes multiple times a day (usually every couple days). Just onboarded my portfolio with Guesty but the shakiness of the mobile app is making me take pause with continuing using the platform. Would be eager to see changelog/timeline of fixes. This level of functionality is unacceptable given the cost of service. Better yet--focus on making a responsive browser app experience.

Your new updated app DOES NOT WORK. I continue to have problems and cannot use my phone for my business with your app. I am so disappointed that all your new roll out improvments were obviously not beta tested well enough. This has cost me so much valuable time!!!

One of the main reasons I signed up with Guesty is because they have the app. But it's very basic and keeps crashing and doesn't show messages in real time, some never show up and some with a few hours delay which makes the communication with guests very difficult. Support is also another big issue. I can only contact Guesty by email and they don't reply for days/weeks and even then their reply is rarely helpful. Extremely bad value for money, I'll have to cancel them if they don't sort it

"Quick Communication Tool" What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? One of the things I like about this tool is easy to add a new server or as many servers as we like depending on the work that we have with different stakeholders. It makes it so easy to create different communication channels which is very handy when we have multiple projects to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rocket.Chat? The UI can be improved a bit and the mobile experience can able be worked on. "RocketChat - Great for Big Companies" What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? The application itself is open-source, so it has a multitude of capabilities. It's also decently secure, and you can share sensitive data over it as long as the system admins and coders that set it up for you know what they are doing. It has a massive amount of addons and what-not. It's overall an excellent tool to use for teamwork. It's the best free alternative to slack and others like it. I wouldn't say I like that it does not have a built-in dark theme customizatioin; not only that, even the more trivial customizations you might want to have required at least basic knowledge of coding or something akin to that. It has many different functions and the ability to accommodate almost any needs of your particular niche in industry. But I have to say it's not the neatest and easiest to use. We use it on a daily basis to work with the most sensitive data there is, like medical records, personnel files, private information of individuals.
