The level of detail the tool provides is above and beyond. Our clients, internal team, and third-party vendors all have full transparency, accountability, and are constantly informed. It combines process, schedule, timeline, product manuals, communication, and documentation into one. I have been a PM for 10 years and never have I experienced something that was *actually* a one-stop shop turnkey solution. The training materials, onboarding process, and support staff consistently exceed my expectations. Whenever I have a question, I chat with support and they have an answer within moments. It is hard to check out messages as they are so separate, in different tasks, not on the same feed. Firstly, it was difficult to find out how to send messages, how to tag people.

Great! So very helpful and easy for my small architecture firm to implement and my staff to use. It keeps everyone abreast of each projects schedule, budget and expenses. The schedule Gannt Chart graphic is awesome. Readily shows our progress, our expenditures and milestones.

We understand that it takes time to build a great product and some things are going to be missing or slightly off as the platform improves. There are some minor annoyances with reporting functions, exporting features, and how resources are assigned work, but we get around it for now. Accurately tracking overhead time and PTO could use major improvement. I'd love to see different user types for guests and/or independent contractors - it's too high of a price point to invite part time 1099 contract staff to use it, but would be very convenient if they could track time directly against our projects on Monograph. I'd also like to see more app integrations.

The service has been great and we are glad to finally have a tool tailored to our industry
I really enjoy being able to clearly see how much time I have put into a specific project
Being able to look back and get a better understanding of where my time has been utilized is a powerful tool
So far so good - The Monograph team has been very helpful in the implementation of that app
Timesheets and Resource Planner are what I use most frequently
It helps keep the team organized throughout the week and helps us track fees and timeline much better than we used to."

Cons
I don't like that to hide the project fees from employees that I have to deny them access to everything but time sheets
I think the project fee tracking could be a little more detailed and some of the features are a bit difficult to find / navigate
It is a little annoying to have to be manually added into a project before being able to log hours
Since I am a user, and not someone who creates tasks, it is sometimes difficult for me to organize my own workflow."
