The platform is extremely easy to use and scale. I like how content moves around between spots seamlessly and I can customize the different views and pages. I find it easy to administer while still being able to customize for different teams. The unique architecture behind spots is what makes a huge difference. I've administered large amounts of content on other platforms before and Highspot is by far the easiest.

Usability and simplicity of usage are Highspot's primary strengths. It replaces a pdf checklist, and it also frees up a lot of time - I do not have to constantly update the checklist every time the client sends a document. Simple for clients to use and simple for our staff to use. Love the google drive integration and how it renames the files as per your request items.

I am happy to have a platform that is safe to send important documents, I feel totally confident with files on this platform since its level of security is what characterizes it, plus thanks to its cargo manager you can resume from the point in the one that you left loading a file therefore you do not have to worry about the disconnections that you have in your environment, its interface helps understanding because you can quickly understand how to use the platform.
