The platform is extremely easy to use and scale. I like how content moves around between spots seamlessly and I can customize the different views and pages. I find it easy to administer while still being able to customize for different teams. The unique architecture behind spots is what makes a huge difference. I've administered large amounts of content on other platforms before and Highspot is by far the easiest.

It is easy to use, quick and efficient at getting the job done. I like that it also provides info on how is viewing my content and even diving deeper into which pages they are viewing.

Usability and simplicity of usage are Highspot's primary strengths. Because our Sellers utilize the same system regularly, it's a great spot to make sales pitches because they get a head start on learning the system's ins and outs. Overall, we are very happy with the services offered by MSB Docs. We are able to minimize the paper and printing costs and increase productivity too. A simple audit trail shows us every detail of the signed document including the name of the signer, time, and place. Some of our team members were a bit unsure about it at first, but once they started using it, there were no complaints.
