I am such a massive fan of Highspot's Training and Coaching product. As a remote-first company, it has been a game-changer in re-envisioning what our onboarding programs currently look like to deliver scaleable e-learning training. Building any e-learning course is a massive undertaking, but Highspot has made it easy with their drag-and-drop design features. We opted to create a lesson library so that once a lesson is approved, anyone can pull that lesson into their very own customizable course.

The platform is extremely easy to use and scale. I like how content moves around between spots seamlessly and I can customize the different views and pages. I find it easy to administer while still being able to customize for different teams. The unique architecture behind spots is what makes a huge difference. I've administered large amounts of content on other platforms before and Highspot is by far the easiest.

We bought PaperSave to add onto our Blackbaud Raisers Edge. It feels like its a web based company with everyone working from home. Nobody ever answers their phone and take long to call you back. Its always bad to deal with a company without a building and people who answer their phones. One month after install the database gets "corrupted" according to them. They say its our version of SQL. But they knew what version we had when THEY installed it and never mentioned it. If it were up to me I'd never do business with companies like this.
