The platform is extremely easy to use and scale. I like how content moves around between spots seamlessly and I can customize the different views and pages. I find it easy to administer while still being able to customize for different teams. The unique architecture behind spots is what makes a huge difference. I've administered large amounts of content on other platforms before and Highspot is by far the easiest.

It is easy to use, quick and efficient at getting the job done. I like that it also provides info on how is viewing my content and even diving deeper into which pages they are viewing.

Usability and simplicity of usage are Highspot's primary strengths. Because our Sellers utilize the same system regularly, it's a great spot to make sales pitches because they get a head start on learning the system's ins and outs. I wish Scinote had an autosave function! There have been a few times where I have forgotten to press "Save" on notes that I was actively taking notes in lab.
