The program creates templates automatically, through interviews, with questions and forms, to collect necessary information from the document and complete the data. It also allows the digitalization of electronic signature, so that all our documents are backed by the signatures of the corresponding executives and managers. Despite being a cloud-based software, it also allows offline access, so that documents can be used without the need for internet.

The SuiteFiles integration with Xero Practice Manager is seamless. It allows me to create client folder structures with a couple of clicks, and easily save documents into those folders using SuiteDrive. I can save emails from Outlook into SuiteFiles folders with just a few clicks. That's just a couple of things, it saves me time and angst every single day.
