Best User Behavior Understanding Platform What do you like best about Hotjar? Hotjar is one of the best platforms that I have been using since the start of my career for user and customer behaviour on a website or on a landing page used in ads. Hotjar still does not provide its users with 100% realistic data. Sometimes the heatmaps provided can be flawed and it can do damage if you consider hotjar data as only data to understand your user journey on a website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Hotjar solving and how is that benefiting you? I am a digital marketer and I have been using this platform for a long time. It has mainly helped me to understand where the new or old users are dropping off or which part of the content on the landing page is more engaging with the customer and which are not and hence you can make changes accordingly and test them again.Saurav S.

I love using Hotjar! It helps me understand how users behave on my site, what they need, and how they feel. I can quickly see what pages they're visiting, how much time they're spending on each page, and where they're clicking. This information is really helpful in optimizing my client's sites.

I would be surprised if there was a CRO or UX team that hasn't heard of Hotjar. It's a great little tool, especially given the price, but it doesn't allow enough flexibility to be your main on-site research tool. It's really good for starting out and doing some basic research. Sweet and simple! I guess marketers could benefit the most from this!

"Quickbase does it all !" What do you like best about Quickbase? I like the out-of-the-box functionality that QuickBase provides to build databases of information that can be easily interconnected. Quickbase also allows for lists and forms to be flexibly customizable to fit just about any business need. Additionally, the user interface is very intuitive. One thing that SharePoint does that Quickbase does not, is the ability to link a spreadsheet to the online list. I wish Quickbase data could be linked to Excel in the same way SharePoint does so that fresh information could be pulled into your spreadsheets with the click of a button. "Powerful Platform" What do you like best about Quickbase? I love that Quick Base is fully customizable for any business application that I need it for. I was introduced to the program but a colleague in a different department to use to replace our database of Alumni in Microsoft Access. Once I saw everything it could after attending Empower 2018, I was hooked and began brainstorming about other business projects that it can help with. I wear many hats in my department and I have been able to streamline my many different responsibilities and make my job a lot less stressful and less paperwork.
