Overall I was very happy with the software and when I was working as an online accountant, all my clients were subscribed to it for receipt submittal. I still use it for my personal businesses. I would highly recommend it for all small businesses that accumulate a lot of receipts. Cuts down on the paperwork.

I have been using it for years now and the video display customization, the integrations into CMS tools and the quick customer service makes it a no-brainer for companies that want to use video for marketing, landing page designs and more. What makes Wistia such a great tool is its ease of integration in landing pages and the ability to swap in updated versions of videos while maintaining the same URL. The channel feature also makes it easy to pull in categories of videos as a way to display them in an attractive and easy to view way. We also embed those channel page designs into our website which makes it so much easier to swap in videos, organize them and create an overall beautiful presentation.

Hubdoc is one of our favorite apps here at Entreflow, it's a perfect place for us to store all of our client's documentation. It's super easy for our clients once everything is set up to just take a picture of a receipt, and forward an email to the unique email address.

Overall this is a good entry level solution for automating the entry of your paperwork. As Xero include it with their standard subscriptions it is very cost effective

Receipt management for company paid cards and reimbursable employee expenses is lacking. Hubdoc doesn't read the receipts to determine which card was used and automatically allocate that receipt to X employee. Employees should be able to setup Hubdoc inboxes with their own email address to send receipts to. Feeds break often so if that could be improved that would be great as well.

Wistia is exceptionally simple to use. It has helped us organize our video content, which was a huge mess before we used Wistia. The analytics on Wistia is second to none. It even tracks the company names of people who view videos and other exceptional data. Embedding it on your website is simple and enriches the page with highly beneficial SEO.

I like Wistia because of its range of content support. I love the analytics, the ability to replace media and build upon its stats and it makes sharing video content easy. There are plenty of new things to learn that I am not even fully immersed in all of the features and things that I know its capable of. I love their resources as well and their self-produced content.
