I personally am a massive fan of physical hard drives. I feel that in the event that technology fails (and maybe because I like to have something physical vs the proverbial cloud) I enjoy having the backup that I need while being to wrap my mind around the concept. the concept of the cloud is still difficult for me to full comprehend for some reason (lol). Functionality and accurate data collection that was flexible to meet my needs! Hands down the best solution on the market for the price point! Ease of USE and layout modifications! The layout is so easy and adaptable to collect the information simply from other users. Databases are only as good as the information you put into them.

What do you like best? The apps integrate well with most of what I need on a day to day basis. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying organized day to day. It's a lot to manage products and clients without a CRM.

Customer Support is very Responsive Our business started Apptivo when we were quite small, and there were several issues with the program when we first began using them. The support at Apptivo is awesome, every time that we have a difficulty using any of the programs feature, they have gotten back to us within hours or sometimes days.
