What do you dislike about Huddle? The most inconvenient part is that we don't have a web-version of word, so we need to download and re-upload documents. A very minor concern! "Huddle Product Review" What do you like best about Huddle? I really like the amount of storage provided with huddle. I personally am a massive fan of physical hard drives. I feel that in the event that technology fails (and maybe because I like to have something physical vs the proverbial cloud) I enjoy having the backup that I need while being to wrap my mind around the concept. the concept of the cloud is still difficult for me to full comprehend for some reason (lol). In my line of work we created a lot of paperwork, marketing materials and patient documentation. We really like having one central location to store all of that in a management solution space.

Great product when it works but as mentioned above, plugin updates which break existing functionality should not be the customers cost to fix. I would rather an annual charge for using the plugin which includes support rather than this after purchase support at twice the price annually.
