"Speechify is absolutely brilliant. Growing up with dyslexia this would have made a big difference. I’m so glad to have it today."
Sir Richard BransonThis notetaking / knowledge graph system is a joy to use. It's actually fun to watch your knowledge graph grow as you add more connections between notes and entirely new sections of knowledge to the graph. One feature I would like to see implemented is a filter/view to see the number of characters/words per topic rather than just the number of separate notes linked to a given note. Some of my single notes are deep and detailed while most are relatively small notes. Being able to see which notes are the biggest ones (by character count or storage size) would be helpful to hone in on the "super" notes.

Teams may organize their knowledge easily with Hypernotes. For your business, establish a collective "second brain" to work with and cooperate on everything from wikis and documentation to writing and research initiatives. Begin projects, add tasks, or connect with built-in task management programs. Create a knowledge network in Hypernotes: Bi-directional linkage of notes that are connected, Dividing broad issues into more manageable subtopics, Automated links to connect notes that are related but not yet connected, Text blocks are embedded to lessen redundant content, Knowledge graphs to improve discovery, Protracted teamwork at the note, task, and notebook levels. Zenkit Suite's built-in, specialized productivity tools, GDPR compliance and servers located in the EU, Enterprise-level user and admin administration, Activity tracking at the level of tasks, notes, and notebooks. What occurs when Hypernotes are used? - less interference with your normal writing process. - Less time is spent searching because of the documents' linked and hierarchical nature. - Less duplication of content due to automatic linking of pertinent pages - less misunderstandings brought on by incorrect or insufficient text formatting + a higher read/write ratio of your texts: Readership increases. + improved comprehension of your texts + a more accurate portrayal of your ideas + a better, more natural flow while you write. plus more innovation and "alive" papers + greater cooperation on tools like wikis and documentation
This app didn't work well for me on my Chromebook. It only allows me to upload one file at a time, I can't move files across folders, I can't rename folders or files etc ... Basically, all I can do is upload one file at a time, nothing else. I have friends who have the official equivalent app on Windows and such functionality (at least multiple upload) works with them - but maybe the Companion version here doesn't offer that. Very frustrating.

The reMarkable Companion app, which is designed to work in conjunction with the reMarkable paper tablet, is the ideal tool for synchronizing your content across multiple devices. You will have quick access to all of your documents, making viewing, organizing, and sharing them much simpler. Before you sign in at my.remarkable.com, you need to make sure that your reMarkable paper tablet is properly connected to an account. You'll need to log in to the mobile app and tablet app using the same email address or through a third party service.
It’s this interconnectedness that’s really the whole point of Hypernotes, and the app will even suggest links where none have been made. To this end, while you can created separate notebooks each filled with their own family trees of ideas, the developer encourages you to stick to a single notebook as far as possible. It’s all about linking up ostensibly disparate concepts, dates, and people, so it doesn’t work as intended if you spread your ideas too thinly.

Zenkit has also added new drawing functions to Hypernotes. Drawings can help illustrate a point, serve as a basic diagram of something you’re planning to work on, and much more. With the launch of the Drawing function, you can now add a drawing anywhere in Zenkit that you would usually upload a file or image: In Hypernotes, use the quick command “/draw”. It also works in Zenchat as well. Simply click or tap the + button and choose “Drawing”.

I love my device, the cuff around the pen tip broke the first time I dropped it though, which really affected how it works, but I still use it. Could use a little extra durability there. Other than that, this device has been great. A few suggestions are that this app is multifunctional so that you can edit your documents from it with a stylus on your phone, and also that you can add templates to extra pages in pdfs. Other than that, I hope to use a color version in the future.

This is exactly the minimalist app I would expect. If you read into what the creators of reMarkable tablets were aiming for you will note that this fits that goal quite well. They wanted primarily a note taking platform and this app is assumed at an easy way to access those notes. Yes there are many features that would be nice to have, but I am quite happy with what this is. They focused hard on making a wonderful tool for reading notes taken on the tablet with a dash of other features.

High potential, but not there yet This app has potential, but still misses the mark. A few things that would turn this app fr good to great for me include: - being able to upload pdfs from within the app. I can open up a pdf in other apps and then share to the Remarkable app, where the pdf ends up just being uploaded to the root directory, where I have then move files later. It would be helpful if you could navigate to any folder and then click “Upload” and search for a pdf on your phones file manager to upload to that specific directory - using less storage space. I’m not sure but I feel like when you download the app it syncs all the files onto your phone. It would be great if it only synced “thumbnails” and gave us the option fully sync files, either all or selectively as needed - faster syncing. It’s terribly slow but I’ve had several instances where it took a few minutes to sync files either way (phone to remarkable or vice versa) - allowing screen sharing. It would be awesome if the screen sharing feature for desktop was added to mobile I’d probably use the app much more with these added functionality, instead of how I use it now, which is primarily just to see what I’ve written on my Remarkable when it’s not with me.
