"Infolio - Task manager and whiteboard" What do you like best about Infolio? I really like how i can use a digital whiteboard to aid my meeting and discussion with my team and colleague. Infolio help my team and I to discuss and manage our project better especially when we can elaborate the idea on the digital whiteboard. The draft can be saves and we can always refer back to the draft while completing the project.

Just one word: great! I love this product really. I'll transfer all of my data from Notion. But, one more thing. Do you think a mobile app? That will be glorious.

Pros: This app brilliantly solves a huge problem shared by design teams everywhere. Designers and agencies are notoriously addicted to whiteboards and ACRES of sticky notes. That's fine for in-person team meetings, but not when team members are scattered across the globe. Bravo, Infolio! Cons: There's really not much to dislike. I suppose a workflow tutorial or two would be good for newbies like me.

It allows us to layout our programs each month and approve them and recap efficiently. I found our sales team is performing at a higher level because of the accountability Kissflow naturally attaches to each user in a workflow

"Customization to meet requirements is a key factor" What do you like best about Kissflow? I had very good support from Kissflow when I was evaluating the product. The solutions engineer allowed me to work through my thought process and gave me extra time to test the product while I worked through flushing out the process with the key stakeholder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Kissflow? After a lot of time invested it became clear that I was using the wrong Kissflow product. That was frustrating. I find the software is limited in aspects of functionality that we needed and would have been helpful. Such as adding a hyperlink to a field and havig it be clickable. I found setting up integrations to be confusing and limited. Understanding how tasks fit into the system was confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Kissflow: The software is flexible but remember that there are different Kissflow software products. I started off thinking one product was the right one and found out weeks later that a different product was actually a better fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Kissflow solving and how is that benefiting you? I was able to get a new business unit organized with software that they were as use and liked. While I'm not sure that we will keep this process in Kissflow ;"(since it's disconnected from other software processes ) it allowed me to get this project done with quality and a satisfied user.

It is an easy to design, deploy and use Business Process Management with low code. We have been able to digitize most of our business process using kissflow and our approval process have been faster thereby reducing our cost of running business.
