Reliability and security of the self-hosted platform, while also having a publicly hosted freely usable deployment on the company website. Self hosting with capabilities to record and at the same time manage individual listener minutes and statistics is a huge plus compared to other platforms available.

The best thing about Jitsi is that it doesn't require any account to be logged in. We can quickly start the meeting and share the link with other people instantly time. It had high video and sound quality which is quite impressive.

Overall, our company has been extremely pleased with Nextiva. We have had very minimal issues (most attributed to internet woes on our end) and the cell phone integration and app work flawlessly. I like the great connectivity that Nextiva provides our team. When calls come in, they are immediately routed to the correct individuals. If there are network issues, the app warns us to move over to call forwarding. This is very helpful for our team to make sure our customers receive great service.

Mostly, I like that it works. I don't get complaints from my people like I did with our previous Dialpad system. Free high-quality desk phones was a juice bonus. Not a difficult system to learn or use as a user.

It cares about your privacy and the communication process is encrypted with the ease of sharing screen
Best for Online meetup of friends or colleagues
When you create a meeting, you are always able to re-enter to the same meeting with the same link, even after you close the application
The Video and the audio have a very good quality
It's a very good, easy-to-use tool for both internal and external communications

Compare to other videoconference plateform or software, jitsi miss the possibility to organize independant rooms or a virtual whiteboard
You cannot also record it
There is no option to share files
Negative point is that anyone can control the meeting,anyone can mute all other participants,anyone can be admin
It is not a very widespread application and its use is limited to regular users within an organization, compared to more common options to meet with clients
We changed after a few months of testing
The rooms ended up giving failure and the number of participants was limited."

Overall our experience with Nextiva has been pretty good
Very good the addons make the entire service worth it, if you are big on video meetings and have not use the included Amazon Chime then you have never used the best
Phone service was reliable and call quality was good
Using Nextiva we have reduced are phone bill, increased control over our phone system and added the ability to use the phone app."

Cons
I spent days asking to fix things but each time more problem and more things did not work
We were running in circles with the problems
The phone system was with a lot of technical problems
Auto attendant not working, CRM not working, SMS not working
Service is spotty, Calls get dropped, Phones disconnect from service, Voice Packets get lost
Forever ongoing contract auto-renewals without notifications to the client
We didn't even let users know they could login--it's that bad
The cost of their service just cannot compete with the rest of the market."
