I find the meeting summaries surprisingly useful. Being able to search the conversation (and set each speakers name) is very useful, especially as you can play back what they said. Creating your own work category to search and sort by is really useful too.

FireFlies is easy to set up and get used to. It is the most crucial aspect of my calls, and I use it effectively in every scheduled conversation. With FireFlies around, I do not miss out on any minute detail the prospect or customer has shared and is literally my "Go-To" everytime I have to refer to any notes or information that are important for me to address in my next conversation with the prospect.

If anyone in the call has an accent, Fireflies sometimes picks up the wrong words, even thinks it's a swear word that shows up in asterisks. Also, if Fireflies joins a Zoom Meeting, it thinks multiple people are the same person talking, which can cause some confusion. This means you need to go into the transcript and make manual adjustments to both the attendees and the transcript itself.
