The stages in the workflow and the ability to create rules too move tasks forward are really spectacular! If you establish a workflow taking them in account, you're going to love it. Pros Runrun.it uses the Kanban methodology as the base for its organization, being easy to understand and get used to. It allows customizing a lot of its features for your needs. Cons Our team deals with many small tasks, so the need to click a lot to create tasks, get things done, end up using too much time we could be using to work. This leads us not to input every task into the system, specially the smallest/quickest ones, and this is not good.Fillipe Neyl W

The product is very flexible, allowing you to configure cards, columns, swimlanes, and boards in whatever configuration your team needs. It also has a very rich set of APIs so that you can integrate it with any other tools your team uses. The support team is outstanding, quick to answer questions and provide examples. The support knowledge base has great answers and is very good at matching your questions to correct answers. The development team delivers new functionality every month, and there's always something in there that makes me glad to use the new release. An excellent product in every sense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Kanbanize? The rich and complex functionality is a big pill to swallow if you're at KMM level 0 or 1. However, if you keep it simple and do the absolute minimum that you need to do to start using it, you can overcome that daunting mountain of functionality. We have standardized key workflows with Kanbanize and are using it on a daily basis to help everyone prioritize their work and focus on those things that need attention right away. It also helps us to provide visibility across teams for all work in progress. We use it to organize and manage our Objectives/Key Results and to provide visibility to the job flow process within our scheduling and production departments.

Smooth and easy, exceptional support Pros Linking various boards together and updating status across different boards Cons having multiple boards with cards linked accross all boards is at the beginning a bit overwhelming... but you get used to it in very fast time... (and internal guidelines help a lot)

"Simple and helpful" Overall: Kanbanize made a better organization possible to fulfill my tasks, especially for development projects. I became a more productive employee. Pros: It is very easy to deal with this app. Kanbanize allows in a very practical way to work with agile methods for project development/implementation. It basically works with to do/doing/done method, draggind the cards with all details. We can organize all ideas quickly before setting priorities. Cons: Sometimes it's a little bit difficult to find an old card to review a project. As I work in an environment with more than 50 Kanbanize users, and we create separated pages by department, I sometimes waste a little time (5 to 10 minutes) to find the card.

Overall: I really love the runrun, it makes everything so much smoother in the production, i just dont know how i managed to keep tracking of such much stuff without it before. Pros: The time tracking is fenomenal, the user interface and the organisation are without a doubt the best. Some features are still chunky, but my overall expeience is really good Cons: It is really hard to maintain track of who is with each task, the calendar interface is really awkward and hard. The lack of audio feedback when playing, pausing or delivering a task is something that bothers me personally (After effects would be a good reference) because sometimes you click a task and it didnt play and you forgot to check out. A notification (5m) when you are logged but without a playing task would be good too

Overall: Runrun.it changed the way I ran my business. Now costs and staff are always a click away. Pros: Runrun.it is the ultimate tool for you to manage your company from end to end. I would say the simple and responsive interface is the biggest pro of them all. Registering users is easy, and once your company adapts to the Kanban model, everything becomes more fluid. Cons: Honestly, I've never had serious problems with the program, and the development team always brings news, such as the dark mode.

We've been using Runrun.it since 2013 here at OCTO coletivo. At that time, some alternatives were starting to show up, and the options already at the market seemed to be too heavy for our company, both finnancially and structurally. Runrun.it came with a light and new approach. I like to see the constant improvements and updates, the really good support they offer and the learning opportunities we can have through the webinars and the blog feed.
