Implementing Karbon allows me to move away from using my email inbox as my "To Do" list. That transition can be a challenge and is a result of user habits instead of software limitations. When the Triage (Inbox) fills up, it can be daunting to clear out the Triage. Having some ability to sort the Triage items by email sender would help in clearing out an overflowing Triage.Jeffrey D. Highly Customisable Communications Platform which is easy to use What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? The most important part of implementing a communication platform in an organization is its ease of use and rocket. chat does it so well while being fully customisable. The use cases become endless, from communication within an organization to communication within two different organizations, making sure at the same time that it's simple to use. Rocket.chat in itself has nothing that we disliked, apart from a few bugs, which I hope will be fixed in upcoming iterations, and inconsistency in notifications received on mobile phones. The biggest downside I have found is when updating a template the templates should automatically be updated when a new version is created as if a job is on annual renewal if the previous job has not been reset the new one created is based on the last one made instead of the new updated template. I would like the option for when editing the template if there was an option for updating all existing or to update all future job creations that would be the biggest improvement.

Being able to create work, create tasks under the work, and assign to staff. Everyone that's assigned to the work can track the status of the work and reassign when needed to manage people's workload. We can also create budget time for the work/task/assignment and log actual time to better manage team capacity and expectations. I also like the comment features where we can tag a certain team member and comment on a task, note, and email message. It is a great tool to eliminate additional email messages as well as keep the communications in one place.

The thing I like best about Karbon is the capabilities that go beyond just an email platform like Outlook - the ability to create "works" for a whole team to track their time against, with organizational capabilities that allow you to manage your work day, week, month, which comes in handy when trying to plan for the future as well as grow your company. I like the ability to consolidate all of your teammates's emails with a contact so you can also get caught up on the email threads without having to bother teammates to get the TLDR, which could also get misconstrued through the game of "telephone".

"Quick Communication Tool" What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? One of the things I like about this tool is easy to add a new server or as many servers as we like depending on the work that we have with different stakeholders. It makes it so easy to create different communication channels which is very handy when we have multiple projects to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rocket.Chat? The UI can be improved a bit and the mobile experience can able be worked on. "RocketChat - Great for Big Companies" What do you like best about Rocket.Chat? The application itself is open-source, so it has a multitude of capabilities. It's also decently secure, and you can share sensitive data over it as long as the system admins and coders that set it up for you know what they are doing. It has a massive amount of addons and what-not. It's overall an excellent tool to use for teamwork. It's the best free alternative to slack and others like it. I wouldn't say I like that it does not have a built-in dark theme customizatioin; not only that, even the more trivial customizations you might want to have required at least basic knowledge of coding or something akin to that. It has many different functions and the ability to accommodate almost any needs of your particular niche in industry. But I have to say it's not the neatest and easiest to use. We use it on a daily basis to work with the most sensitive data there is, like medical records, personnel files, private information of individuals.
