"Interesting and unexpected tool" What do you like best about Keyhole? I like how easy it is to generate my analytics report for my social media channels. I dislike the scheduling content part, I thought it was going to be easier, more user-friendly and allow me to upload carousels and other social media needs, sadly I have not been able to use it because the UX is a bit uncomfortable, but I hope this can be fixed in the future. I also dislike that in the dashboards, where the dedicated individual graphics are when you export them as PDF they miss the necesary info on each section, therefore I cannot send that PDF reports to my stakeholders, therefore I have to take screenshots of these and still miss some of the info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Keyhole: Hashtag tracking is not entirely retroactive so be mindful about wanting to retrieve past data. The trial will not allow you to see too much data to make an informed decision. I had to buy a month to decide in one day if I was buying a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I am able to easily track hashtags and provide faster reports to my stakeholders, these are complete, allow me to save time and and share the information in an easier manner for older stakeholders who might not understand. "Great Social Media Tracking and Reporting Platform" What do you like best about Keyhole? Keyhole has a great user-friendly dashboard with thorough metrics and a great reporting layout that makes it useful for reporting up. I fully recommend and we use it year round! "Complete solution for CRM and process automation" What do you like best about Creatio? For us the main advantages of Creatio are that the system is flexible and easily customizable. We were looking for replacements for several legacy systems running in parallel (maintaining customer details, invoicing and for CRM and sales matters). We were able to easily adapt Creatio to our requirements and received competent support from the manufacturer and the project partner involved, for example on the subject of interfaces and integrations. What do you dislike about Creatio? There was no Sharepoint integration out of the box. Outlook integration is there, but could be improved. Recommendations to others considering Creatio: Avoid thinking of Creatio as just CRM software. The software has considerably more potential, which should be considered when planning a project. The platform allowed building custom workflows to automatically assign agents to a case based on the service type. Beesender Chatbot helps to interact with our customers and transfer their requests. Dashboards and analytics allow to be hands-on with service efficiency.
