KingsConference vs Trilian

This is a good app, but it has a lot bugs, the most being the fact that my Bluetooth earbuds can't access the audio play, as it only uses the phone speakers, this is my major issue because I wouldn't like to disturb others with my meeting. Plus overall, it closes unexpectedly and disconnects easily, and I also think more attention should be payed on the UI as it's not friendly Enough. Thank you

We use this for our daily church prayers so I've used this app a lot. It's a somewhat functional app however there's a few major bugs that need fixing plus a few things that need improving. I've sent multiple crash reports also sent an email to the developers hoping to see a difference but to no avail I didn't even get a response. The app crashes if you switch tabs or stay on the chat feature for too long, sometimes the chat doesn't work at all. It's way too easy to accidentally leave a call.

The app needs some improvement, when a participant enters the meeting its always destructive. Please make entering meeting on mute a default setting. Its an app with potential, but a lot has to be done to improve user experience. And the "beep" when someone enters the meeting is not necessary, it contributes to the destructive. Hope this feedback can be taken into consideration asap as this app is very necessary for the times we are living in. Thank you

It has great potential. It has some places where it needs improvement. Let me begin with saying I use it almost daily as communications between my desktops, phone, tablet, and laptop. Sometimes it tells you you are online but you aren't. It is hit and miss (mostly miss) for sending pictures. There is no way to see who else has Trillian to be able to enlarge your circle of friends. Bottom line, if you need something basic this is great but if you need something more than just the basics, no

Photos taken with the photo app frequently are in the wrong orientation when I try to send them, despite being correct in the phone's gallery app. Discord and Messenger don't do this even if I send the exact same photo. Also signed out frequently even though it's set not to turn off with battery optimization, meaning that I can't just share using the Android menu half the time. I have to go back and do it again. Please fix!

I like the app. I've been using it for about 2 years and I purchased a lifetime subscription. Recently, after an app update, I've been having a problem with the notification features in the app (I use an Android phone and no longer get notifications for messages). I've contacted Customer Support several times over the past approximately 4 weeks and have gotten no response.
