By leadsquared we can effectively monitor our sales followups on mobile and web based application. With the help of their dashboard and sales funnel, we can track all the activities and with the notification, we can check the end-to-end sales workflow. What do you dislike about Leadsquared Marketing Automation? Less stable compared to other CRM's. Sometimes it takes time to update the call histories. With Azuqua we improve the ability to define our workflows and achieve integration with other products (Salesforce), it has a slightly complex learning curve due to poor documentation. But it works for what it was designed for.

This is the first CRM tool I had used and it gave a lot of features that helped me manage my lead data. Easy to add and export leads. I can link this to my phone and track activity as well. It can add the feature of integrating email to leadsquared which would make the job easier for sales reps. Tasks can be arranged and simplified with a better view. Using the different filters available in the taskbar one can keep a tab on all active and inactive tasks and plan the day accordingly. I am discovering that Azuqua can do more and more. It is a platform that integrates not only software but also connects to APIs- and therefore your first-party business services. We use Azuqua currently to update multiple systems with customer data (Zendesk, Pipedrive, Marketo). It eliminates a lot of redundant work and syncs sales & marketing with up to date information. It also has strong data manipulation functions and as I mentioned can connect to your API which might be useful for you. Their customer success team is very responsive. The only difficulty is that it has a learning curve, but after you learn the ropes you can design your own integrations without IT's help.
