"Does the Job but a long way to go" What do you like best about Leadsquared Marketing Automation? It is a comprehensive tool. This is the first CRM tool I had used and it gave a lot of features that helped me manage my lead data. Easy to add and export leads. I can link this to my phone and track activity as well. It can add the feature of integrating email to leadsquared which would make the job easier for sales reps. Tasks can be arranged and simplified with a better view. "Easy to use - buyer intent is a nice feature. Wish there were more search options and cleaner data." What do you like best about DemandScience Intelligence? The service is easy to use, good UX. The buyer intent feature is a great idea. I like the ability to target based on intent - and the option to download previously downloaded contacts or exclude them at the click of a button. There are some search functions that I wish it had - by SIC etc.

"Helping us increase our demand gen efforts" What do you like best about DemandScience Intelligence? I am loving the ability to qualify target organizations and titles based on buyer intent. There is also a great feature for what technology they are using which has been helpful to us. While they have many ways they keep their database up to date, they also have something in place to record hard bounces and get credits back for those contacts.

LeadSquared is doing a great job in providing a detailed dashboard of all the campaigns and these dashboards are very informative and easy to understand
like open rate
bounce rate
click rate
etc
LeadSquared is great when it comes to 100% inbox delivery rate and I can say that this is one of the best features in it
LeadSquared's user interface is very easy to understand and easy to use as well

Cons
LeadSquared is a little bit expensive compared to other slimmer products, so they need to think about it
Sometimes LeadSquared gets stuck when I use it to run a large campaign, I would like them to improve this
LeadSquared creates a problem in slow internet connections, so I guess this is also an improvement area for them.

They can keep building out the APAC contacts further as we’re looking to expand globally
I would like the buyer intent and tech install to be expanded
I'd also like some features to make it easier to find the right person from the company - although I'm not sure exactly how to accomplish that.
