The variety of customizations and features that are available throughout the software that allows the system to grow with our lab and program. I began implementation of the software as a beginner and have since expanded use and training to 3 different divisions in our program. There is so much...you can have all of your quality documents and necessities for quality management all in one place. Users can access necessary information easily. Workflows are wonderful for tracking information. Using the Qualtrax Cloud, I can access all of my information from home as needed without having to be in the office. The system has significantly reduced paper usage, saving time and money.
